Thursday the day started with a refreshing yoga session after which our seniors demonstration class begun. Each of them gave quality performance. Using of different teaching aids and creating a friendly atmosphere in class with students were some of the new teaching techniques we learned. Till noon the session continued. Maya miss then took one hour. Mam got us all ready for the hour by making us try out some tongue twisters then Mam introduced the new school "Humanism" she called upon three Meghas of our class to give 3 points related to it. After 2:30 science students program was held some interesting games and story telling session were there. In the last quiz game I also participated, with Anusha Chechi banged two sweets for getting the correct answer. The winner of the story telling game was announced at the last, which was played between optionals  to our surprise English was declared the winner.  Today in traditional attire went to college it was our Assembly this time. With morning prayer assembly started, principal sir gave the message that whenever we start doing something we need to have patience to complete it, we always try hard at the start and always give up at the very moment we are about to reach our goal, this is because of lack of perseverance.  We need to have perseverance in order to reach heights. After National Anthem assembly was dispersed.  First hour seminar session followed by Micro teaching took place. My micro teaching session on the skill of introducing a lesson was done, it went smooth. I dealt with the poem "We are the World" by Michael Jackson and Lionel Richie  After that Ancy mam took class, Froebal the Western thinker was the topic of discussion today.  Due to an unexpected strike, today's class was online. 8:30-9:45 first session was by Joju sir. Sir shared a thought "necessity is  the mother of invention" with which the class begun. 'Practicum'  was the topic dealt. Sir explained about what a Practicum meant by providing a power point presentation of the important methods involved in it. After the small break the classes resumed by 10:00,Giby miss taught about " personality",what makes a good personality? Many gave their views and points. Ma'am then shared the main traits. Before the class ended she also gave some works for us which were to list out 10 regrets and also to write "my mind an introspection" Optional hour followed during which the remaining seminar was conducted. Teaching aids, prose and grammar were the topics taken. Thus the online class for the day ended...

 Monday morning,             Mom dropped me at college,Today’s phonetic lab was by Aleena kutty "Tour" and "castle" two new words correct pronunciation was taught to other optional mates. First hour Meekha miss came, the remaining seminar session was taken. Around 11 (break time) had coffee and after which Principal sir took class. Sir continued his class on Micro Teaching. Multi sensory approach - using more than one sense. This approach is essential because this lead the students to a 360% learning. Then sir put the Question whether all teachers are trained?  Friday morning, mom dropped me at college probably after many days got the chance to walk the bethany hills. Meekha mam took class since other teachers were busy with camp work. The remaining seminar session was conducted, Sister Lighty and Devika chechi engagingly handled the session..  In between the break time Aparna chechi. officially invited us to attend her wedding which falls the coming month. After lunch too we had optional class, in between our break inspecting team came and the phonetic lab session was conducted for them since this was new for them. Around 3:45 got out and Sree priya dropped me back home. The back ride with the soothing winds bethany had a yet another feeling to express.. may be the poet in me would one day capture those and frame, so as to replay  more for the days I wish it could happen again and again...  An end to this week's mirage moments. 

 Today lot more students came first hour our optional class mam gave notes on Micro teaching, explained about lesson plan that we need to prepare in future. After having a coffee the next session started principal sir continued yesterday's portion. Sir initially gave some ideas about how to prepare notes, how to jot down points in a way that helps us to perform better academically. The suggestion to keep a five subject notebook to lessen our load and the idea to mark important questions using colour code like using red ink for most important and frequently asked questions, blue ink for occasionally asked ones and green for rarely asked ones etc  were the tips to  make us score more than 90% which is the goal sir is aiming at. This inspiring and beneficial tips were given by Sir before getting into the days session.  Moving to the class, the second skill stimulus variation was taught.  Should I go or not to go the day begun in a dilemma, but finally made the decision and went to college. First hour was occupied by our Principal sir, today's topic was" Skill based Instructional Design:an introduction " The class was about Micro and Macro teaching sir gave a detailed explanation of the topic after which sir moved on to the term " Skill " Skill is a combination of 'n' number of facts ie, composite process. For a teacher" meta cognitive skill "is a requirement. Sir also taught about the various teaching skills a teacher should possess." A student mind should be  'Tabula Rasa' (a Spanish word) that is it should be in clear state then only can a teacher draw new things on it", the main skill a teacher need to develop.
