 The day has arrived... I officially graduated from Mar Theophilus Training College. The journey started on 6th Jan, the urge to write the blog was purely coz of my love to pen down moments. As it went down it became a routine. When it was said that we need to update blog as part of our course  i initially felt stressful . I didn't want others to be in any trouble coz of my daily update . When it all came to an end am happy that my blog actually turn out to be useful 💜 (especially 4th sem😂) Lots to share but I think some should be left as such coz we might ruin the beauty with which it's inked in the mind. All i have to say is a big thankyou to all those who were with me in this journey 💜 Mirage moments ends here with the hope of unfolding a new chapter some day 💫

DEMO by Priyanka Pradeep on 4/3/2021

 Thursday the day started with a refreshing yoga session after which our seniors demonstration class begun. Each of them gave quality performance. Using of different teaching aids and creating a friendly atmosphere in class with students were some of the new teaching techniques we learned.







Till noon the session continued. Maya miss then took one hour. Mam got us all ready for the hour by making us try out some tongue twisters then Mam introduced the new school "Humanism" she called upon three Meghas of our class to give 3 points related to it.




After 2:30 science students program was held some interesting games and story telling session were there. In the last quiz game I also participated, with Anusha Chechi banged two sweets for getting the correct answer. The winner of the story telling game was announced at the last, which was played between optionals  to our surprise English was declared the winner. With national anthem program ended... 














Another fruitful day in Mar Theophilus Training college thus ended.....

The online class started with optionals. Tintu miss continued the topic discussion. TPR (total physical response) was the main area that we learned. It's definitions and concepts. Then Ancy teacher taught us about Piaget's theory of intellectual development. The terms like schema, assimilation and accommodation were clearly explained by miss. Maya miss session was next it was our first online class with mam. "Teacher and Education" the topic under which mam discussed about the concept 'Socialisation'.  Today competency building class was conducted. Brahman Nayakam sir was the resource person. The class started around 10:15 . The unique introduction sir gave referring to sita, hanuman and jambavan itself engaged us in for the session. Sir then referred to his story of covid ulsavam ya! how one by one each member of his family became victim's The core of the class was about what covid era taught us.  C- conscious O- opportunity V- values and vision  I- individual growth  D- Development  Stress management was the next session. It depends on how we react to situations that's what decides the range or level of stress. "Fight or fly " that's the choice we have. Coping with situation is what we need to learn or build. Sir even  taught us how to survive this phase and utilise the lessons covid period made us realise . THE FIRST DAY :ORIENTATION by Priyanka Pradeep 6/1/2021

 A new phase of my life begins here. Choosing Mar Theophilus Training College(Mttc) to do my B. Ed was a not less than a big deal. Spending my degree and post graduate degree in ivanios made me  fall in love with Mar Ivanios Vidya Nagar, may be that's why choosing Mttc came natural to me. Like any other kid going to a new school I too entered  with lots of mixed feelings. The orientation program was being conducted in a hall. Entering with a smile hidden within the mask I stepped into my life's new chapter  The hall was already half filled. I later got to know that M. Ed batch too was occupied  with us. The whole inaugural function went well, the teachers were giving friendly vibes. The little interactive section by  Dr. Maya. S (assistant professor) was memorable.
