After the late night poster making and other last minute works .The day finally arrived.
April 22 World Earth day yes! Our Eco Club "Prakriti" organised our first program a mobile photography contest as part of earth day 2021.
The preparations started 2 weeks back , all the members as per our Club head Deepthi Mam's advice and guidance started our preparations.
A small video with a message was the first task. Being the president of the club I had the responsibility to gather the videos . Group members actively participated and supported to make the process easier. Each of them took out time from the busy schedule of online classes and seminar preparations and helped me to set the final video .
We successfully forwarded the poster and video on time to our Principal sir . Iam so happy that everyone liked the video.
The contest which was held from 2to 4pm ,we had the tension whether it would be a success but with everyone's whole hearted participation it turned out to be more than what we expected.
Coming to todays online classπ
Morning Joju Sir took the first hour. I had to do my seminar .The very first was me so I was all set and with much confidence I presented.
Sir gave good remarks which made my efforts worthy.
After the class Ancy mam came and took the next hour . Dr S.Radhakrishnan and Swami Vivekananda were the thinkers dealt.
The class ended with an informal chat with ma'am. We got to meet Ma'ams two adorable children. Maam also shared about her vaccine stories .
The online classes ended here.
But there's lot more, at 6:30pm there was a Civil Service preparation introductory class organised by our college union . Adv.Jyothi Vijayakumar was the guest.
What should I say whenever "civil service " is heard the first thought that come in is about my brother. He is an aspirant. He had cleared prelims but not yet reached the goal.
I never had in my wildest dreams ,thought about being one. May be that's because just like Jyothi mam told I have this clearly in my mind that i don't fit in.
Iam capable of having my own stand and I have my own perspective towards everything in life.
After those meaningful debates I had with my brother iam clear that somehow I lack many things that is required to be a civil service aspirant.
When Jyothi ma'am said that we need to work on things to improve and to be the best it really striked me. But ma'am added at the end of the day we need to have the passion for it and that's all that matters.
So I don't know what life brings... May be one day I will too get that passion ...or may be not
But remember it's not the end. We will find the right passion and profession that suits us the most.
So never give up
Just live on.....
