 The day has arrived... I officially graduated from Mar Theophilus Training College. The journey started on 6th Jan, the urge to write the blog was purely coz of my love to pen down moments. As it went down it became a routine. When it was said that we need to update blog as part of our course  i initially felt stressful . I didn't want others to be in any trouble coz of my daily update . When it all came to an end am happy that my blog actually turn out to be useful 💜 (especially 4th sem😂) Lots to share but I think some should be left as such coz we might ruin the beauty with which it's inked in the mind. All i have to say is a big thankyou to all those who were with me in this journey 💜 Mirage moments ends here with the hope of unfolding a new chapter some day 💫

SAREE DAY by Priyanka Pradeep on 3/2/2021

Saree an attire that gives an official teacher look yap! I wore saree and stepped into college today. I was equally excited to see my friends who would be in the same. Colour filled classroom invited me. First hour being optional I got see the saree avatar of my mates in close.

Uthara chechi took the seminar which was on 'language, culture, society and media'. After which we headed towards auditorium for our general session. Giby miss taught us more on psychoanalytic theory. Joju sir came next. It was time for presentation of the group discussion which we had a few days back. Most of the representators were from English optional that when all were made to sit on stage in semi circle the stage looked vibrant with colours of the saree.

Uthara chechi  was the presenter ( second time of the day, poor colleen ! ) even though it was being shooted chechi without any tension, confidently presented the points. The confidence that she showed really motivated me and iam sure a lot have felt the same.










After a few more reporters points the class ended. We arrived to our class there were seniors who were practicing something it looked like March past (iam not at all sure though) it was cool to see a sister leading the command.

After lunch Maya miss class. We all were pretty tired. Ancy mam came in she too taught. Last hour being physical education I really felt kind off dizzy so came quickly down to find some shade. There was no games today. We were asked to check our weight. Mine was same as usual (sorry I won't disclose it hehe..)
After taking a group pic of our class went straight to canteen to grab a lemon ginger drink and left the campus.

An end to our first saree day.....

 Today competency building class was conducted. Brahman Nayakam sir was the resource person. The class started around 10:15 . The unique introduction sir gave referring to sita, hanuman and jambavan itself engaged us in for the session. Sir then referred to his story of covid ulsavam ya! how one by one each member of his family became victim's The core of the class was about what covid era taught us.  C- conscious O- opportunity V- values and vision  I- individual growth  D- Development  Stress management was the next session. It depends on how we react to situations that's what decides the range or level of stress. "Fight or fly " that's the choice we have. Coping with situation is what we need to learn or build. Sir even  taught us how to survive this phase and utilise the lessons covid period made us realise . THE FIRST DAY :ORIENTATION by Priyanka Pradeep 6/1/2021

 A new phase of my life begins here. Choosing Mar Theophilus Training College(Mttc) to do my B. Ed was a not less than a big deal. Spending my degree and post graduate degree in ivanios made me  fall in love with Mar Ivanios Vidya Nagar, may be that's why choosing Mttc came natural to me. Like any other kid going to a new school I too entered  with lots of mixed feelings. The orientation program was being conducted in a hall. Entering with a smile hidden within the mask I stepped into my life's new chapter  The hall was already half filled. I later got to know that M. Ed batch too was occupied  with us. The whole inaugural function went well, the teachers were giving friendly vibes. The little interactive section by  Dr. Maya. S (assistant professor) was memorable.  Monday morning, reached college early straight to class which welcomed me with pretty smiles. First class was by Giby mam she started off with asking questions to check if we revised or not after which she continued her class. Maya miss hour was followed. Topic- naturalism was taught. A video related to was also shown by miss which somehow aroused a patriotic and what should I say some kind of positive energy within me. Optional period followed since miss was absent we headed to library where we spend a quality time. I took two books related to my academics. After which headed to the reading room. Apart from going through the books that I took, I also looked around and went through the college articles and the campus pulse.  We all enjoyed lunch and then rushed to auditorium to attend the last talent hunt day.
