 The day has arrived... I officially graduated from Mar Theophilus Training College. The journey started on 6th Jan, the urge to write the blog was purely coz of my love to pen down moments. As it went down it became a routine. When it was said that we need to update blog as part of our course  i initially felt stressful . I didn't want others to be in any trouble coz of my daily update . When it all came to an end am happy that my blog actually turn out to be useful 💜 (especially 4th sem😂) Lots to share but I think some should be left as such coz we might ruin the beauty with which it's inked in the mind. All i have to say is a big thankyou to all those who were with me in this journey 💜 Mirage moments ends here with the hope of unfolding a new chapter some day 💫

My Story by Priyanka Pradeep on 7/5/21

 Since some net issues occurred Ancy mam couldn't take class .Mam instead asked to get in  Google classroom and  go through the PPT.

Aristotle was the next thinker . Went through the points and got an overall idea .


Optional hour followed. Finally though unexpected my turn to take Reading and Reflection came. 

The book that I took was by the Author kamala Das "My Story". It's the first book of hers that I read. Since then I really loved the way she writes. I don't  how to express may be the purity with which she writes had me in.

My story is basically her autobiography. There are small poems in between some chapters which shows the great poet in her.The original version of the book is in malayalam which is titled" Entae kada".

After my presentation I got to know that maam too have read the book and she is also a lover of her writings.





At 2:30 psychology Club of our College organised a talk session on stress management in Covid time by Ms.Venidevi. 

The program was fantastic ,so much useful and much needed one in this pandemic situation.

Maam  presented a PPT and talked about the various stress problems that occur in our lives how to overcome those and the good habits or lifestyle that can be followed which eventually reduces these stress.

"Optimum level of stress is needed for maximum performance " this the key that we need to remember. We should never allow our stress to come above this level.

An optimum level of stress is needed then only can we be able to achieve our goal and such stress is never harmful to our mind.

Never allow negative stress or unnecessary thinking to crumble our minds.

I believe that the best way is to deviate our mind whenever we stress, it can be music  or any other thing that you love ,you enjoy.

Communication is always a relief factor. The best ones would be our friends.

So always channelise your emotions

The session ended around 3:30.
