 The day has arrived... I officially graduated from Mar Theophilus Training College. The journey started on 6th Jan, the urge to write the blog was purely coz of my love to pen down moments. As it went down it became a routine. When it was said that we need to update blog as part of our course  i initially felt stressful . I didn't want others to be in any trouble coz of my daily update . When it all came to an end am happy that my blog actually turn out to be useful 💜 (especially 4th sem😂) Lots to share but I think some should be left as such coz we might ruin the beauty with which it's inked in the mind. All i have to say is a big thankyou to all those who were with me in this journey 💜 Mirage moments ends here with the hope of unfolding a new chapter some day 💫

FRESHERS ... By Priyanka pradeep on 23/3/21

 Our fresher's day finally arrived with much enthusiasm got on Scooty and off to college. Our seniors were in pretty sarees as I entered class.

I had cake with me , a surprise gift for our newly wed Aparna Chechi . Anusha Chechi and I through an adventures task got the wonderful yummy cake all the way from Marvel( Bakery shop)

The gift and cake was a token of love from our class for our Aparna Chechi. With our Meekha miss presence we celebrated the occasion .





After that our fresher's day celebration begun.





Chief guest RJ Unni came and shared one of his personal experience in School days , Unni chetan (that's how we call him) talked about his favourite teacher who happens to be a Sister ,how she encouraged him to participate in programs and how her confidence in him made the R J Unni who he is today.





After Joju sir  and Chairman Roshini chechi's speeches followed by a funny video presentation of MTTC life and vote of thanks the official program ended.

Then begun the fun element . We 100 students of this year batch was called up on stage in duo. ,group or single to perform tasks that seniors assign .


 It was fun seeing all perform ,though was bit nervous about what that I would get  it was entertaining.

Finally my chance came I got the opportunity to inact the character "Digambaran" from Ananthabathram movie , it was hard task to inact and make Anjitha Chechi guess (Chechi was my partner for the task).

But our efforts were appreciated. After a dance together with all the program ended.

After having the food packet that our seniors gave as part of fresher's ,headed to practice for union program which falls tomorrow.


A flash mob as part of Union Name inaugural was conducted ,it was a great performance.



Guess what the motto behind the name was   suggested by Anusha Chechi.

With lots of thoughts and  a bit stress reached back home....

 Today competency building class was conducted. Brahman Nayakam sir was the resource person. The class started around 10:15 . The unique introduction sir gave referring to sita, hanuman and jambavan itself engaged us in for the session. Sir then referred to his story of covid ulsavam ya! how one by one each member of his family became victim's The core of the class was about what covid era taught us.  C- conscious O- opportunity V- values and vision  I- individual growth  D- Development  Stress management was the next session. It depends on how we react to situations that's what decides the range or level of stress. "Fight or fly " that's the choice we have. Coping with situation is what we need to learn or build. Sir even  taught us how to survive this phase and utilise the lessons covid period made us realise . THE FIRST DAY :ORIENTATION by Priyanka Pradeep 6/1/2021

 A new phase of my life begins here. Choosing Mar Theophilus Training College(Mttc) to do my B. Ed was a not less than a big deal. Spending my degree and post graduate degree in ivanios made me  fall in love with Mar Ivanios Vidya Nagar, may be that's why choosing Mttc came natural to me. Like any other kid going to a new school I too entered  with lots of mixed feelings. The orientation program was being conducted in a hall. Entering with a smile hidden within the mask I stepped into my life's new chapter  The hall was already half filled. I later got to know that M. Ed batch too was occupied  with us. The whole inaugural function went well, the teachers were giving friendly vibes. The little interactive section by  Dr. Maya. S (assistant professor) was memorable.  Monday morning, reached college early straight to class which welcomed me with pretty smiles. First class was by Giby mam she started off with asking questions to check if we revised or not after which she continued her class. Maya miss hour was followed. Topic- naturalism was taught. A video related to was also shown by miss which somehow aroused a patriotic and what should I say some kind of positive energy within me. Optional period followed since miss was absent we headed to library where we spend a quality time. I took two books related to my academics. After which headed to the reading room. Apart from going through the books that I took, I also looked around and went through the college articles and the campus pulse.  We all enjoyed lunch and then rushed to auditorium to attend the last talent hunt day.
