One last time ЁЯТЬ by Priyanka Pradeep on 18/11/22

Session started with physical education class. Sir shared the importance of doing physical activities in daily life. The mission to stay healthy is through starting one's day with an exercise which helps one to stay energetic and positive throughout the run.
"Yoga " session followed, today a different pranayama was taught called "bharamari pranayam". We all together did and made ourself more focused.
Optional period started around 11. Since it's my first online seminar I was surly tensed. However my ppt presentation went well. There were points to be corrected and improved which mam notified that helped me to improve myself. My friend jiz too presented her seminar well. With much relief and satisfaction the hour ended.
